My Style
I offer a hybrid mix of house cleaning and maid services, specializing in helping people with pets, kids, ADHD, or just too much life happening at once to keep up with tidying and cleaning.
I’ll tackle the dishes, pick up trash and toys, even throw in a load of laundry if that’s what’s needed to get things back on track (Most cleaning services come with an expectation that things will be picked up and sink empty!). I also take the science of cleaning seriously! Understanding which products work best for specific challenges and how to protect sensitive finishes is part of what I enjoy about this work.
The Initial Clean
This is where we set the baseline for future visits. Before this we will have a free consultation and talk about your problem areas, what you absolutely hate cleaning and what you wish someone, anyone, would handle.
During the initial session there may be “doom piles” that need tackled, trash to remove, and areas that may have accumulated months or even years of buildup. If there’s a lot of clutter or things out of their place it can be helpful for you to be there.
Depending on your home's condition it may take a few recurring “routine” cleans to reach your ideal maintenance state. This is not what you’d call a traditional “deep clean”, because you have likely more to deal with than dusty baseboards. Initial cleaning can take 4-5.5 hours with the main focus on the kitchen, bathrooms and your problem areas.
Without knowing anything about your home, pets, or level of chaos - estimated cost for an initial clean: $200-$450.
Routine Cleaning
I come in, do my thing, and leave your home feeling calm and reset. It could be 2 hours or it could be 5 hours depending on how hard life has been hitting. Pricing stays the same.
We’ll have a free consultation before your cleaning to give you a quote. Without knowing anything about your home or your level of chaos:
*estimated cost weekly: $120-$160
*estimated cost bi-weekly: $150 - $200
Weekly and bi-weekly make up the vast majority of my business, if you want a different frequency get in touch and we’ll talk!
I provide all cleaning supplies (except a toilet brush) and I carry insurance. I do not hire employees or contractors.
